PRINTING TYPING PRICE CHANGES POLICY:

Zaimes Graphics LLC is not responsible for printing, typing or pricing errors. Prices can change without prior notification as can product discription and labeling. 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final except on items sent incorrectly to you by us. This must be verified by receipt and order status.  No returns without original receipt, or on items requiring refrigeration. Prior authorization required on any returned item(s). Call 724-941-3113.

Product return postage cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Original postage & handling will not be refunded. Absolutely no returns after 14 days or on opened or damaged merchandise, or on any item requiring refrigeration.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS POLICY:

Out of stock items must be reordered. If they are not available at the time of the original order the cost of item(s) will not be charged. 

PAYMENT POLICY AND TERMS:

Acceptable forms of payment are money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, which will be cleared before order is mailed out, unless you are an established customer with reliable credit.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECK POLICY:

There will be a minimum charge of $30.00  for checks with insufficient funds.
